This is a free event - Refreshments can be purchased separately and are supplied by the hosting premises. Please arrive in good time to order your food and chose your seat before we start.
Rather than being a grief support or counselling session, a death café is about open and free discussion of experiences that increase familiarity and awareness of what is an important and often delicate, yet unknown part of life. More information on death cafes can be found by visiting the deathcafe.com website.
There is no set agenda to our discussions and all who attend are free to talk, share and listen respectfully, as they wish. We usually sit on tables of around six people and will have a short comfort break, mid-way through.
If you would like further information or have questions about our Eastbourne Death Cafe, please email us: eastbournedeathcafe@gmail.com.
We look forward to meeting you,
Claire and Gazala
