This class is perfect for mums/ mums to be ready for a little comfortable movement and with their tot in tow.
We will use gentle positions, supporting your body to move mindfully and building stability, flexibility and strength for you and your tot.
Babies up to the age of 2 years are welcome to join and there is space and time to get tots involved if they are willing, if they are already on the move the room is safe and contained to enable them to do their own thing and you to enjoy your yoga.
We will take time for relaxation and exploring easy methods of mindfulness with a little one in tow.
Classes are limited to 6 mums, and run on a Wednesday morning 11am – 12pm with Ashley from Lotus Lessons who will be happy to answer any of your questions before or during classes.
