Commissioned by the seventh Duke of Devonshire, the Winter Garden originally served as a skating rink in winter and a concert hall in summer. Today the venue hosts a wide range of performances and events, with the Floral Hall offering seating for up to 1,000 people and additional space available in the Gold Room once refurbishment works are completed.
