Headway Sussex – Supporting People Living with Brain Injury in Eastbourne and Beyond
Headway Sussex is a local charity offering vital support to people living with the effects of brain injury, as well as their families and carers. We provide a wide range of services in Eastbourne and across all of Sussex to help individuals rebuild their lives with confidence and independence.
Our services include personalised rehabilitation support, wellbeing hubs, wellbeing support groups, social groups, counselling, carer support, and help navigating complex health and social care systems. We also offer a helpline and a free online support group for young adults aged 18–30 living with brain injury.
Whether you’ve had a stroke, a traumatic injury, a tumour, or another form of brain injury, our team is here to help you feel understood, connected, and empowered.
