Our club boasts 12 rinks, gracefully spread across two verdant greens, accompanied by a spacious clubhouse. We take pride in being a thriving community of bowlers who relish both mixed matches and dedicated men's and ladies' competitions.
Throughout the year, we orchestrate a captivating array of 18 different competitions in various formats, along with engaging leagues. Our members eagerly partake in competitions spanning the local, county, and national levels, showcasing their prowess on the green.
Gildredge Park Bowling Club, fondly referred to as the 'Friendly Club,' extends its warmth beyond the greens. Our active social calendar keeps spirits high year-round, with a particular focus on the winter months. Here, you'll find short mat bowls sessions in the clubhouse four days a week, complemented by weekly whist, bridge, table tennis, coffee mornings, and a medley of other delightful social gatherings.
Whether you're a seasoned bowler or a newcomer to the sport, we wholeheartedly welcome you to our ranks. If you're new to bowling, our qualified Club Coach and dedicated coaching team stand ready to guide you through the basics.
