Community is central to DISC’s approach. They understand how illness or disability can affect someone’s ability to remain connected, and they focus on helping people build resilience, develop confidence and make informed decisions for themselves and those they care for.
Support is available across East Sussex and includes both group and one-to-one options, tailored to different stages of the dementia journey.
