As a Community Interest Company, Connections CAFE Sussex supports people with dementia, their families and carers across the region. With more than 20 years of experience in dementia and care, the team understands both the practical challenges and emotional impact dementia can have on everyday life.

Regular groups take place in Bexhill, Eastbourne and Crowborough, offering friendly, safe environments where people can relax and enjoy time together.
