At Eastbourne Citizens Advice, we are dedicated to providing high-quality advice and information to anyone who needs it, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our team of trained volunteers and staff provide a wide range of services to help people deal with the challenges and problems they may be facing. We offer advice and support on a range of issues, including debt and money problems, benefits and tax credits, housing and homelessness, employment and discrimination, family and personal issues, and much more.
We are committed to providing a confidential and non-judgmental service, and we always put the needs of our clients first. We understand that dealing with problems can be difficult and stressful, and we are here to offer a listening ear, practical advice, and emotional support.
We also work to improve public policies and practices that affect people’s lives, and to promote social justice and equality. We are part of a national network of Citizens Advice charities, which means that we have access to a wealth of expertise and resources that we can use to help our clients.
Our services are available to anyone who lives or works in the Eastbourne area, and we offer a range of ways to access our services, including face-to-face appointments, telephone advice, email advice, and webchat.
