Care for the Carers is the Carers Centre for East Sussex and an independent charity supporting unpaid carers across the county.

We provide free practical and emotional advice, as well as offering unpaid carers a range of services such as counselling, support groups and training. We also support carers to share their views and experiences through our Carers Voices work, and we are working with local communities, organisations and service providers to increase carer awareness and build a carer friendly community.
