Each autumn, Battle lights up with one of Sussex’s most striking traditions. Organised by Battle Bonfire Society, this annual event brings together residents and visitors for a torchlit procession through the historic town, followed by a large bonfire and fireworks display.
The procession winds through Battle’s streets, creating a powerful visual moment that reflects the strength of local community spirit. Live music, food stalls and family-friendly entertainment add to the atmosphere, making it more than just a fireworks night.
