I have never in all my life tasted such amazing noodles, every week I have a takeaway and have used almost every Chinese in Eastbourne/ Polegate area but none have topped the noodle bar, I will be returning regularly for sure.

This place has it spot on. Delicious dishes, authentic cuisine and the most lovely and welcoming staff you could wish for! Been eating at yummy noodle bar for almost 5 years and have never been disappointed. The food is always freshly prepared and cooked in front of you, nothing is too much trouble. They have a wide range of dishes to suit all including vegan options! Great prices too! Best restaurant in Eastbourne without a doubt!

We went today for the first time , we can’t believe we never been there before!! We’ve been coming to Eastbourne for 5 years in the summer and we missed it. If you love Asian noodles you must go there. The stuff was very nice and the food amazing.

I lived in Eastbourne for many years, and virtually lived here. The Singapore noodles are to die for. The staff are beyond friendly. Amazing people who serve delicious really good value food cooked in front of you. I now live abroad and miss this place so much.

Everything is cooked fresh to order to either eat in or take away and is very good value for money (so much so I eat here once or twice a week).<br>I highly recommend the Beef in oyster sauce or the Checken Pad Thai as they are my two favourites.

This is such a good concept this restaurant you can see the food cooked in a open plan kitchen so you see all that’s cooked food is top notch and staff very attentive, won’t be long before we go again . Yum Yum

Best fast food in town and you can sit at the bar and watch them make it, all from fresh ingredients. They will adapt the menu to your personal taste and you can call ahead and pre order if you are in a rush.

Now this place means alot to me. The first time I went here, was actually on my first date. And after all those years, we're still eating regularly (probably stuffing our faces more than we should be!) at this lovely restaurant. Why?...<br><br>Because they serve THE most delicious, fresh, flavoursome Thai and Chinese food we've ever had. All the meals I've ever ordered over the years have been consistently very tasty and full of quality.<br>(Portion sizes are very decent by the way - my fellow scoffers. They do not disappoint)<br><br>Also, I've found that the staff are so welcoming and conversational. They genuinely look happy to be there - unlike some other restaurants I have been to.<br><br>I just can't praise this place more! I'm pickier than anyone I know, but ...in terms of constructive criticism...I'm stumped. Overall, this is a must try in East Sussex. "Yummiest noodle bar!"

I have been a regular for 10 years and the food is just amazing! I recently took my dad whom was down from Scotland. He says its the best Pad Thai he has had in a long time. I had the Japanese noodles and as always they were just perfect.
