On making a quote, Mike makes sensible suggestions on how to perform the task to the highest quality whilst trying to keep the cost down. Once the work starts, Mike ensures his workmen turn up on time, that they tidying up after themselves each day, although the tasks were dusty by their very nature, the dust was kept to an absolute minimum. Mike maintained very good contact at all times, keeping met up to date with the progress of the work and of any changes that may occur. I will be definitely using Mike again for any future home improvement projects.

We wanted an extension built and ended up choosing BN Construction. Mike is a genuine guy with a great business. He's very helpful and his team are all friendly and work to a high standard and keep the mess to a minimum! Really pleased with the final product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, which I already have to a few of people.

The job was done well. The men were polite and friendly, and left no mess. There were issues with the window fitters being very late, but Michael communicated well with me and even though it wasn't his fault (they were from a sub-contracted firm), he took steps to resolve the problem, which I appreciated.

From beginning to end we were kept informed and up-to-date with the work going on. Every single person used on the job was polite and professional! The site was always kept tidy and the work was 100% perfect! I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and his team to any of my friends and family. Even from the start when we had budget issues Michael worked with us by breaking down his estimate and giving us options on items to make it more affordable for us. We are extremely happy! Thank you.

All work to good standard! Occasional thoughtlessness such as switching off central heating and hot water timer and not switching it back on leaving us with a tepid shower and no heating new morning, but generally no complaints. Workers were less tidy when Michael was on holiday, but they were polite and most arrived promptly.

The quality of the work done is excellent and has exceeded our expectations! Mike's team are extremely hard workers and real craftsmen. They were pleasant and polite at all times and were happy to stop and explain what they are doing, if I needed to ask any questions. They were very tidy throughout the three and a half weeks they were doing the job and have left us clean and tidy, now that they are finished. Mike came by on a very regular basis to check that we were happy with the work being carried out. We are delighted with the work they have done for us!

B N Construction UK Ltd are as good a building company as we could have hoped for. They was polite, reasonable and careful. The standard of workmanship is high, creating new dormers in the style of our Victorian house. The site was kept very clean and tidy with consideration for our neighbours. The painting and finishing both thoroughly done.
