A small family business who have worked so hard to achieve where they are now. The family and staff are the most lovely and welcoming people and will do anything to make you happy and support your needs. They have excellent customer service and the food and drinks is high quality. Victoria Coffee Lounge is definitely the best coffee shop I have ever been too and never fail to put a smile on my face❤️ I would 100% recommend coming here!

Felt the need to write this as it has become apparent that people are trying to sabotage this lovely cafes reputation due to another persons mis-interpretation of how something was politely asked.<br><br>This is a lovely little cafe with beautiful food and a lovely coffee, lovely chilled atmosphere, always made to feel welcome and staff work incredibly hard.<br><br>This restaurant is cosy with not a lot of space for mobility scooters to be parked in random places making it unsafe for other diners and staff so depending on the size of the mobility scooter I can understand why the customer was politely asked to leave it parked outside.<br><br>There is outside seating as well so she could’ve sat outside if this was an issue.<br><br>I feel it is unfair to sabotage a business reputation when others do not know the full story and may not have visited here themselves.<br><br>Ignore the reviews, this is a wonderful cafe, go and see for yourself before joining in on random slander.

I’ve been here a few times, and each visit has been very good.<br><br>They have one of the best selections of homemade cake available from any coffee shop in Eastbourne.<br><br>Tony and his team are always polite and friendly, and the coffee is good too.<br><br>Worth a visit if you're at the seaside end of Terminus Road.

We live in the area,<br><br>Friendly staff, friendly owner, excellent service<br><br>They make a great coffee and always have a wide selection of freshly baked cakes to complement it. When eating in the food would always come with a small salad or some doritos, the coffee always comes with a small biscuit<br><br>Great attention to detail. Support this business

Really enjoyed our time here today. Great, friendly service and delicious food. You get a nice little break from the crowds whilst still being close to the sea. Definitely recommend stopping in for a drink and a bite to eat.

Lovely food(jacket potatoes) cake was amazing. Lovely friendly owner. Certainly no loud music, comfortable environment spotlessly clean and well decorated. Some of the cleanest toilets in a coffee shop in Eastbourne. Now we have found it we’ll certainly return.

Excellent food here and good value.<br>However it's not particularly relaxing in there. Rock and wedding reception background music at lunchtime isn't likely to put you at ease.<br>I bet it's like that for breakfast too.<br>Luckily it wasn't played too loudly.<br>And the lighting was far too bright.<br>50% less would have been an improvement.

First time at this establishment for me and my partner, best panini I have EVER tasted 🤤 my flat white was beautiful, milk was not burnt and was very creamy, we will most definitely be coming back when we venture into the town center 💯
