Best sirloin steak I've ever had! And I've been to Argentina! We grilled it for a couple minutes each side, tender all the way through and tasted of proper beef. The boys really know their stuff here, professional service, super friendly and great quality. Thank you for raising the bar in Eastbourne 🤠

Great butchers.<br>Very friendly and well stocked.<br><br>Always found butchers in Eastbourne are just resellers that buy meat in from packets and know nothing about what they're selling!<br><br>These guys will prepare meat how you want it, just tell them what your making and then will recommend a cut and trim the fat and tenderise it.<br><br>We've bought lamb on a few occasions, it's a good price, they cube it for us to make kebabs it's lovely<br><br>Best rib eye I've had in a while too,

Treated myself and hubby to rib eye steaks-so very tasty and tender. It could have been cut with a butter knife! Ignore all the roadworks paraphernalia in Terminus Road-get yourselves down there-absolutely brilliant butchers!

Best butchers in Eastbourne! We started using this butchers the last 6 months give or take. We were previously buying our meat from the supermarket until we tried this place and now its the only place we get our meat. They do the BEST sausages and always a good variety of different flavours, the pork and fennel, lamb and mint and the stilton sausages are my favourite so far. Good quality meat at reasonable prices, always friendly and accommodating with our needs and they will often dig out a bone or lambs neck for the dog. 😀 thanks chaps!

Decided we would have steak tonight so went into what we term our butchers and asked for a sirloin and a rib eye. Both were freshly cut to the size and priced we were happy with. I can tell you we both thought they were superb. Ok not the cheapest but far and away the best I've had for a while. The staff friendly and efficient. Doubt you will be disappointed.

Changed my butchers to Victoria Butchers of Eastbourne, a local company. I get exactly want I want/need, I save £s in comparison to my previous butchers and get free delivery over x amount.<br><br>Just had T bone steak [medium-Well / grass fed] seasoned with Celtic salt 🧂 chilli flakes 🌶️ and Parmesan cheese 🧀<br><br>Looking forward to tomorrow’s grub 😊<br><br>The quality - much better / thank you James

Fantastic steaks, I’m visiting from Australia and bought some rib eye steaks to cook for my friends I’m staying with. The steaks were so tender they could be cut with butter knives and were delicious! Highly recommend this butchery!

Tomorrow I have to leave, our vacation is over. But I’ll come back, definitely. And the reason is, that I left a little shop near Eastbourne’s seafront this afternoon - smiling. Let me tell you. And please excuse my miserable English 🙈<br>I am a liberal (okay, a conservative-liberal) and if you prefer eating vegan I‘ll honestly say „enjoy your meal … or … whatever it is.“<br>I love peas and fresh carrots too, blanched and served with a spoonful of good salty butter 😋 accompanied by some small early potatoes embedded in sour cream with fresh herbs from my garden 😇<br>But the stars on my dinner plate will always be the perfekt pieces of meat, fillet medium rare if I can afford.<br>And the beginning of all are free range cattle or lambs, living as healthy as can be.<br>Thanx to you Sussex farmers!<br>The second needed is a good butcher, connecting craftsmanship and passion. A friendly expert with patience also for a stupid German traveller.<br>The third to convince the interested customer is when the butcher conjures up perfect pieces as desired for reasonable prices.<br>Later on that evening we barbecued some of these treasures: a tasty and tender dry aged sirloin steak, some very good Cumberland sausages and slices of a perfect calf liver where I added self made caramelized apple and onion.<br>My wife was happy. My daughters were happy. The dog was happy. Daddy was happy 😁<br><br>We'll meet again, Victoria Butchers of Eastbourne! Versprochen.

So pleased to find these guys are now in town (getting to Hillier's Garden Centre was difficult without a car). Their meat always looks amazing and they're happy to chat and give advise if you need any.....and they make the best sausages I've ever tasted!
