Ordered the wrong size so I requested an exchange, the return shipping was covered as was the shipping of the new product which I didnt expect. I was given 14 days to return the original but the exchange was sent instantly which is another positive. Only improvement would be the option to upgrade the shippin of the exchange product to next day for an extra cost would be great
