Firstly, I would like to say I rarely write reviews unless I've been treated horrendously by a company. So for me to write a positive review, Urban Industry must be doing something right!
I bought a coat which did not fit. Urban Industry's exchange policy meant that I could really easily exchange it without having to wait for them to receive my returned coat. When it came to exchange, the new coat I wanted did not have the sizing chart on the website, so Klara kindly measured the coat for me before I confirmed that I wanted it. Amazing. Once receiving the second coat, I realised the zip was a bit jammy so I called and spoke to an Amy, who was again amazing and confirmed that I had a two year warranty on the coat and if the zip got worse, Urban Industry would reach out to the manufacturer of the coat (Millet X Element) on my behalf and get the coat returned. So I've decided to keep the coat and hopefully nothing goes wrong with the zip.
Customer service at this place is unbelievably good. Ill be ordering again, for sure. Thanks guys!!!

Great retailer. Unfortunately Royal Mail lost my item but UI were swift in looking into it and issuing a refund, maintainig great comms throughout. I can hightly recommend them and will certainly use again.

My Dealings with Urban Industries was great but the currier was not good. I waited in two days for the delivery scheduled delivery's but they never came near my premises so I suggested that they delivered to Homebase. But this time they never sent an ETA so again I had to wait in all day then they delivered at the end of the day.
