I ordered a large item that was too big and then a medium replacement that was too small. The returns process was brilliant (very easy to use with clear instructions) and when I had a problem processing my second return (entirely my own fault) I received an almost immediate reply to my email query.

The comapany is amazing their site is really user freindly and I like the style they provide. The best thing about urban industry is their shipping I get packages quicker for urban industry over seas than I would from california(I live in monatana). love this comapny.

Ordered 2 sets of danner boots from Urban industry, one unfortunately had to be returned due to size but was rufunded with no issues. The other had to wait for a long time due to stock availability. When the stock was available, It was delivered the next day free of charge, no criticism there. Additionally the customer service provided was great, to sum up, good experience £ Thank you.
