I've used Urban Industry before and always been impressed. The ordering and check out system work smoothly and payment is a breeze offering multiple options.
Delivery is always good - everything is packaged well, delivered quickly in time for my holiday!
One area that maybe needs improvement is product descriptions and pictures for certain items such as rucksacks where it's hard to judge how large a bag is, or what the interior looks like. But that's a minor point.

Order went through very smoothly, and was very impressed with the next delivery with orders over £80, if I had known I wouldn't have ordered late night on a friday, as this meant the ordered wasn't processed till monday, and then delivered on tuesday.
My only problem with delivery was FedEX, as I tracked the order which said it left the depot, which is a hour away, for delivery at 8am, so naturally i stayed in waiting, thinking it would be a couple of hours, however it didn't turn up till 6pm! As it's not urban industries fault I haven't marked them down for it, probably serves me right for living in the sticks.

I ordered some stuff for £89 but with shipping i had to pay £109. The problem is that i have an international credit card and i am only studying in britain now and i want the delivery to come to england, but due to the billing address is fixed in another country i can only get the package in my country. Overall, good items, fast shipping, but i hate that issue with the billing address.
