I had known of the site for some time, but recently ordered for the first time, I recieved confirmation email straight away, and also recieved shipping confirmation and tracking code the very next day ( my order was placed late in the evening) Unfortunately the fit of the item wasn't right for me ( not their fault of course) I returned the item and the refund was in my account within 24 hours. Excellent customer service, I will be buying again.

I have ordered a few clothes from Urban Industry and have always been pleased with the process. The ordering system is staright forward to use and I also like the low postage rate of £2 as I dont often do large orders that qualify for free delivery - many other places charge excessive delivery, but this is a good price and the goods still come very quickly!!!
On receipt all clothes have been in new & perfect condition and I've not had to return anything.

I have ordered from Unban Industry on numerous occassion and their service has always been top class. Items always arrive within days of payment, and I'm kept informed by email as to what is happening with my order. Even the returns process is extremely good, as I've had to return items due to size issues. They are honest and courteous at Urban Industry and always helpful on the phone. In deed they always call you back when they say they will.
Overall, I'd have to say that shopping with Urban Industry is a pleasure as well as an enjoyable experience as they do stock some extremely funky stuff at very competitive prices!
