the only recommendation i would make is that they should call you or text you to let you know exactly at what time you should be home to collect your delivery (in case you decide to step out). But apart from that all was great.

I ordered a pair of Clae 'Kennedy' trainers I had my eyes on until they finally was in the sale. Ordered them with next day delivery for a cheaper than normal price and had them with me the next day. Love them.

Nothing to add but great service and system.
The only thing I would like to make it even better is when one checks the order status page, it does not state exactly at which stage it is, but rather just shows some icons listing the different stages without saying at which one the order currently is (eg: order processing, dispatchment, etc...).
