The packaging of the item I ordered was very secure. The delivery speed of the product was still decent, but wasn't quite as good. It might have had something to do with the May Bank holiday. But overall I'm very happy with the service Urbanindusrty provide!

I placed my order on a bank holiday Monday and used next business day delivery. I was expecting to receive my products on Thursday. I got a email around 10am Tuesday morning telling me it had been shipped but still I thought I'd get it Thursday. You can imagine my delight when I got home Wednesday I saw it was already their and my mum had signed for it. My only bad point is that I asked for a SMS message telling me when it was expected to arrive but I never got the message. So I give them 4 stars!

It says to write as if speaking to a friend but as I dont have any (apart from the imaginary ones in my head) the serive from Urban Industry was fantastic, friendly helpful staff, next ay delivery and well packaged. Not many shops in UK stock adidas in size 12 either. Ideally need a 11.5 due to adidas poor sizing but gazelles come up small. Must say the gazelles arnt made to the same quality as the 2004 vintage reissues I have but have noticed they seem to be using cheaper materials now.
