I have been using urbanindustry for a couple of years now. Always amazing choice of product to choose from and the delivery is fast and returns are painless, something that is very important to me. Of late there seems to be a slight shortage of stock on a lot of items but im sure this will soon change. Probably my most preferred online retailer of choice, so will continue to shop there as long as the current formula does not alter to much. Thank you

The site is really easy to use & has all the info you need in order to make the right selection. Placing the order was also straight forward & there is plenty of info sent via e-mail to keep you up to date with whats going on. Postage was fat & my items arrived well packed. The sizing chart that I used initially wasn't that accurate so I had to exchange for a different size, but the communication and flexibility was appreciated. It was out of the 2 week exchange period but they made an allowance which was really good. New shirt arrived very quickly and fits perfectly. Thanks :)

Unban Industry is a store I have used for a while and it always has a good stock of up to date threads. The delivery is very quick and if you have to return anything, for any reason you have the option of a no quibble refund which I notice other stores don't use. I like this option because as Urban Industry is a n online retailer you are never that sure about fit etc. Top marks from me.
