Very easy company to order from. There is a huge range of products at great prices. I bought a Stan Ray item. The items came promptly too. As a first time customer, I have been more then impressed with the levels of service, products and accommodations UI has made for me.
Firstly, the website and product descriptions are really good. Not generic, not copy and pasted but actual useful overviews of products and actually information that feels like it has come from enthusiasts and people that are passionate about their product and brand. This includes the photos and video descriptions too. Every item has a unique overview and further more, the sizing charts are product specific, not just S, M, L etc. Fantastic! Makes buying online so much easier.
Frustratingly and although I cited the above, I needed to return my original order (my fault as the trousers were always going to be too small) but the returns portal and exchange policy (immediately dispatch with a £1 deposit taken so you can receive replacement item straight away) was easy to use and super useful.
When I had a question (or five) to ask, I spoke with Amy from Customer Services who was so attentive and took care (and pride) in helping me resolve the exchange. She is without doubt a complete star and a great representative of UI and I really hope she is recognised for going above and beyond what you'd expect from a Customer Servicd Advisor.
Thank you Amy and thank you UI, I will be returning soon! :)

Just have to give my review- I’ve just received a pair of boots I ordered on the eBay site. Boots are from Urban and all I can say is they are fantastic.
