I ordered a cap from Urban Industry sometime between 2 and 3 o clock on a Friday afternoon and chose the cheap, standard postage option.
Later in the day they emailed me to say my cap had been dispatched via Royal Mail. I think it was either the weekend we had a lot of snow about a month ago, or the one after when most of the snow and ice was still lingering on the roads.
I tracked the progress of my cap and was wearing it by 2pm on the Monday, despite the 'adverse weather conditions' which normally halt the whole country.

I usually import Ben Davis shirts and trousers from America because it's cheaper - The items that I bought from Urban Industry were probably more or less the same price when you include the postage from the States but delivery was much quicker.

From range to delivery speed, I think that you guys do an awesome job and I will definitely be back over and over to buy things. Really impressed. The only thing of note that I could think of is the cost to have orders shipped out. Stores like ASOS and Wiggle (bike store) often offer free delivery for a longer waiting period - this might be something that could be worked in, or free delivery for orders over £xx. Just a thought. Regardless, this is by far my favourite online store

I received a pair of vans from Urban Industry in a terrible condition, they were ripped and even came without laces. I was disgusted that they even sent the shoes in such bad condition. However I emailed the company complaining about this problem and they were very helpful. I understand it wasn't there fault but the idiot who thought they were in a send-able state. They gave me a full refund several days later and said that I could keep the trainers also which a good deal! I'm not sure if I would shop with them again but they are forgiven.

First of all, I came to your website because only the Vans US website has an online store, and that one only delivers to the US. So stupid. So then I had to find a new website to order my shoes from. Then I found UrbanIndustry and I was really happy.
I have to admit though, that I had to think about the price of my shoes before ordering: from $99,- on the Vans website to £88,- and £15,- delivery. That makes a total of $166,- Obviously I bought them, and that probably confirms to UrbanIndustry that they are right to spike the prices, because people will pay it any way, but it does give my shoes an little sour edge.
