So depends on if its your style of clothing. For me, it was. Loved the selection. Loved the gear. Its my 2nd time using them, If only I had more money! Being a international customer its easy to operate choose sizes and know that the size will actually fit when i get it. And that wait from the day you buy it to the day it arrives is quick as thanks to Urban using fedex! So great site, great clothes and one happy customer who is happy to come back and shop again.

The product they carry is very good, I like their look-book page too as it helps me visualise some of the clothes combos.
I am a big sneaker head and on big release dates their website has not crashed like their competitors. Their option for pre sale and lottery for some of the very exclusive models was a great way of making access exclsuive models fair for everyone.
I also dig their use of twitter which gives the company a personal, interactive touch and a 'character'.

Used this site multiple times and will continue for a long time. It's brilliant, has lots of hard to come by brands that suit my style. The prices are reasonable and there is a great little reward scheme as well. The Customer service is great quick and helpful. The return policy is excellent and takes no effort at all. Delivery has always been on time and the clothes are packaged well to ensure they arrive in good condition.

This is the first time I've used Urbanindustry. I was buying a hat as a gift. I found it easily on the website and felt the prices were competitive and fair. Within just a couple of days the hat arrived in generous packaging to make sure it didn't get squashed in transit.
