The service and communication was amazing, the products for sale are current, in with up to date styles and great prices. The deals are great and they mean you can come by great products at amazing prices. I paid £35 for a pair of Puma Bluebirds, amazing price for a great pair of trainers. Excellent service. I'll definitely buy from there again.

Purchasing clothes from urban industry was very easy and prompt, I was updated regularly on my order and updated on how to go on via a free tracking service I got with the order. My products arrived right on time and to a good standard. My son received 2 separate gift vouchers for Christmas, when he came to spend them, your 'page' would only let him use ONE per transaction!!!! How absurd is that when the majority of your items are £40 and over!!!!! I then contacted you and the operator did confirm that that indeed was your policy and then replied that was in line with most other online shopping. I beg to differ, Amazon, one of the leading shopping sites allows up to 3 gift vouchers to be used at anytime!!!
DESPITE ALL OF THE ABOVE, your operator did put both amounts onto ONE voucher , as a 'Goodwill' gesture and when we FINALLY were able to order, the process was efficient and delivery was quick. That is why you were given 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 1!
My son is 15 and loves all the very expensive items on your site and relies on occasions like Christmas and birthdays for people to give him 'part payments' for these items in the form of GV, plaease remember this!!!
