Procedure was painless as one would expect, the text service puts you above most mail order companies (including mine). But you don't go the extra mile, some companies put a little something in the customer doesn't expect, like a look book or even a sticker- its not much but it does give a feeling a human packaged the item and that the company 'cares.'

You stocked a trainer that was very hard for me to get hold of, you had it stock and delivered the producted and dispatched it very fast even after the public holidays. When it arrived it was well packaged. I love the fact that the site has regular reductions on good merchandised also which I took advantage of. Only thing that lets Urban Industry down is the lack of sizing info on items. It's a minefield ordering from a new brand without any sizing details.

I can honestly say that this company offers, good reliable, professional and efficient service. Paying with Paypal for purchases is an added safeguard, but in the case of Urban Industry you have no worries about receiving merchandise as described as they are trusted.
