Always super happy with the urbanindustry service, but sadly this time was slightly disappointing as I had paid for next day delivery in order to receive the shorts i ordered for a weekend trip abroad, but they didn't turn up in time :(
but as i say - usually 100% happy.

Shoes came exactly as specified to Perth, Australia in perfect condition in a MASSIVE box which held the shoebox safely inside, good thinking! Only took a week too on the cheapest service that included tracking!

Ordering, delivery etc. as expected and very prompt. I had a small problem with updating the address in your system to have seperate billing and delivery addresses. This does not seem to be a problem on other websites. OTher than that, very good.
