Really like the profile the site and the people working there have created. the FB page is informative and makes me want to see/ buy all the new products that come out.
Also, the Sales that UI but on are great and i always look forward to them. I especially like how they made it easy to shop for your size with the seasons sale.

Urbanindustry's website and serviice is simple and easy to use. In my experience they're rewarding and helpful. I saw that a footwear sale was on and looked on the sale image at the blue vans del barco's , they actually weren't on sale and was a simple mistake, i messaged them and ten minutes later had put them on sale. There checkout is very simple as well. Also if you are loyal they give you discount , so all in all truly great service - A*

I couldn't fault the service that they provide. However you charge more for delivering to Northern Ireland than UK Mainland. Ordering anything i choose Mainland and still receive products with no issues

However the sizing is just standard and I seem to range from a small to XL!
Because of the style of streetwear I think a better description of the sizing and whether it comes up large or small. Some companies show which size is being worn in a photo for example.
I do send a fair-bit back because the size is just wrong. Its part of buying over the net I appreciate however I would like to get it right a little more sometimes!
