The website stocks some awesome items that I'd certainly have bought more of, money permitting!
After paying for my item, I received an email telling me I needed to verify my delivery address as it was unconfirmed through Paypal. I did this straight away and immediately received a response back telling me that this was fine.
My item arrived amazingly quick and I loved the personal touch of customer service added to the top of the delivery boxes (a thank you from all of the members of staff), I even got a bit excited and showed it off to my friends..
All in all, a great experience using Urban Industry, and as previously said I will definitely be returning.

Having never brought anything from urban industry before i didn't know what to expect in terms of shipping times and emails. But i received emails of confirmation and shipping. With a tracking code for Royal Mail which is always a plus. Overall shipped fast came quick just how a online business should work and deliver
