The courier was badly delayed, my time slot was 2.30pm - 3.30pm, by 4,10pm my item had still not been delivered and our office was due to close. I rang customer service who were extremely helpful and refunded my postage and also arrange a call with the courier to try and arrange for me to get my item. I finally got the item at 4.55pm by hanging around after work to wait for the courier who I had arranged to meet.
I wouldn't have probably shopped with you again or recommended you if it hadn't been for the helpful lady in customer services who did a good job in trying to resolve the problem. So I will look at the bad experience as a one off glitch and would shop again with you.

The only fault I can find with urban industry is the courier they use; Yodel. It can be a pain sometimes when no tracking information is available and spurious notes come through your door telling you that your package will be delivered tomorrow rather than delivering on a certain date and leaving a package with your neighbors that are away on holiday!!(More neighbors fault for accepting the package)
Urban industry themselves are an excellent website and I have always been very pleased with their service - definitely deserving of 5 stars. At times I have made a mistake in the address after an order, but after emailing them they were able to sort the issue out. This is one example of many that I can think of where Urban Industry have provided an excellent service.

I've used Urban Industry a few times now& have been very impressed with their wide selection of trainers they have,which seem to be updated daily.Too many good choices!
