For me Urban Industry was on the first very weird, I was not really sur that they are a good shop. I was persuaded that it was a joke but I wanted to buy a hat and it was not really expensive so I've decided to do an experience. And it was great ! I've receive recently my hat and I now really sur that it's a great website with great price (I've buy an hat which was in France for 50€ and on the website I've payed just only 28€).

The website is neatly arranged, ordering my snapback was easy & the contact was really friendly. I live in Germany so I was prepared for the delivery to take a few more days than usual. It took 7 days for it to arrive - everything was perfectly fine. Thanks a lot! I'll definitely recommend Urban Industry.

Very easy interface, great clothing (just my style), brilliant sale items (keep up with the sales!) and very understanding customer service. İ had to refund an item since the garment was too large, although İ was worried refund would not be acceptable due to the accidental absence of a tag. İn apprehension, İ contacted customer service and explained my situation. They took note and refunding the item has been smooth and quick.

Urban Industry has a really good website which is easy to navigate and find what your after. The sale items and offers are also really easy to find on the site. The whole check-out procedure is easy and stress-free.
The collection on Urban Industry is really good - always changing and up-to-date with the latest (dare I say) trends. Prices are competitive. Sale prices are very competitive.
The new Collect+ option is great and is free delivery. Its little extras like this that will really put you in front of your competitors (keep it up!!!).
Delivery has always been very fast and there has been no mistakes. Returns is also stress-free and fast!
If could find one negative it would be that the cash-back that is offered through TopCashBack does not always materialize!!
Overall a great job by the UI team - keep up guys and gals!!!

Ive recently purchased from urban industry and my order was dealt with speedy and efficiently and i was very impressed with the way i was kept upto date at every stage of my order from confirmation to delivery.
I can also vouch for the companys returns policy having ordered a t shirt in the wrong size by mistake..i rwturned it with the free post option on the same day i recieved it and had a confirmation email to say it was dealt with and the funds where being put back into my account within 5 working days...all together very pleased with urban industry.

Bought variety of goods all received really quickly. I had to send a t-shirt back because it did not fit but ordered Medium and order received without delay. I liked the fact they provide a pre-paid return sticker which gives confidence in buying and need you need to return an item. Refund on Large t-shirt currently being processed but the service so far has been brill.
