Urban Industries have a lot of nice clothe to affordable prices. The shipping was fast, I live in Denmark and it only took 4 work days to get here. Also the selection of clothe is not too mainstream, you won't find this clothe anywhere else

I ordered a pair of trainers online on Wednesday last week, they were dispatched the same day and arrived on time by courier the following day. Unfortunately I had to return them as they were slightly too big, but I used the Collect+ parcel return option and dropped the box off at a local shop in my lunch break yesterday (Tuesday). It saved me queuing at the post office and wasting my lunch break and I got an email today re my refund being processed. This is the first time I've ordered from Urban Industry but I'll be recommending them to my friends as the service was really excellent. Thanks!

Absolutely brilliant service, spent a considerable amount of money with this company up until the point i am nearly a platinum member! Everything I have ordered is always delivered in perfect condition and promptly. Recently ordered a pair of trainers, they were at my doorstep at 8 o'clock the following morning, all free delivery. Easy ordering, well priced and a good range of products. I've not seen the delivery service they use before but it gives you a one hour window in which the package will be delivered. Why more online retailers aren't using this I don't know.
