I bought a cap to send to my cousin, but during the ordering process there was no where I could insert a gift note, even though the delivery address could be different from the billing address. The following morning, I phoned the office to ask them to put in a 'gift note' and I was told it wasn't possible. Furthermore, I was told the invoice was going to be included in the package with the gift for the recipient to see! I asked her if she could change it, but she said it wasn't possible. So, I did send the gift, and it was gratefully received, but it had to go anonymously and without a note. This needs to be changed! Thanks!!!

I have ordered things from Urban Industry a few times now and each time they have been spot on.
The choice on the website is fantastic, they've always had the size I want. one time they didnt have the item in stock after I ordered so they contacted me, offered me an alternative or money back.
Delivery has always been good. Was able to change my delivery option once dispatched.
All in all they have been fantastic.

Ordered a pair of Nike SB Stefan Janoski shoes at a good price and with free delivery. Withing half an hour of placing the order, they'd been dispatched and arrived safely the next afternoon. One very happy son! Thank you.

I've used this site for many years and haven't had any problems whatsoever. I feel they sell a wider range than Flatspot and offer discounts for long term customers. Good site layout and easy to use... Plus there's usually promotions on throughout the year. Boss.
