Purchase and delivery by urban industry was easy and quick. The size guide for the jacket suggests a medium for my 41 inch chest. Way too big. Small would probably fit better. Ordered from UK and return from Australia to change size would be at my own expense. Not cost effective for a cheap jacket.

It's my third order with Urban Industry. I now collect Beams shirts - flannel, broad shirt, Oxford shirt. Great fit and quality for someone who always finds size "S" on generic high-street brands to have somehow become oversized over the decades. I may have been Japanese in a previous iteration... The online shop is well designed (says a UX researcher). Delivery came in ~24 hours which is above and beyond. One of my top three clothing outlets.

Really nice quality t shirt, excellent value at the sale price for a 3 pack. Nice fit around the neck. Main issue is the length, not sure why they are this long ?? I am 5 10 and a large comes down beneath my backside which spoils the fit. 8 inches shorter and it's 5 stars. I am 67 and not a rapper

Excellent service and the Danner. Excellent service and the Danner walking shoes were perfect. Fitted like a glove and have walked about 50 miles in the past week or so without any problems at all. Danner are always excellent, the best for comfort when hiking distances over mixed terrain.

The size guide was incorrect. Said that UK 11 is US 12 and then I was shipped at US 11.5.
Additionally, the photos did not accurately display the actual colorway of the shoe.
Shipping was extremely fast, and updates were helpful. I appreciated this aspect of the purchase.
