This is the first time i have used Urban Industry and i was pleasantly surprised that they offered free delivery on a pair of trainers i wanted. It doesnt bother me having to pay for delivery but thsi was a welcome change. The website is great with a varied choice of the latest footwear that is great to see on other sites rather than the same old stuff on Size. I couldnt be happier with my purchase as it arrived within one day of ordering so again a very efficient service with no glitches....we all know how desperate we are to receive our newly ordered fottwear!!! Overall its a great site and i will definately be using them again to order a fresh pair of wheels for the summer. Chhers and keep up the good work!

Having used Urban Industry a couple of times now I cannot fault their service. A lot of the products listed on the site are difficult to come by elsewhere on the internet, especially with free delivery and returns as an option!
Both the orders I have received have been dispatched quickly and have been here for my return from work the next day.
Finally, the discount offered to regular customers is ideal, especially if you use the site regularly.

I am blown away by the service provided by this company. I ordered late one afternoon and my (large) parcel was delivered to my neighbour by the next day. I can't believe it. They treat your order like a family pet - with care and attention and a journey update all the way. I actually can't believe how good the service was. I'll use again and have already been recommending to other colleagues and friends. I picked this company for being the best on price and while I appreciate prices vary due to offers etc at the time, I've picked a company that offer a mega epic service. I'd use them again purely for service - not just for price. I felt like a valued customer too. Awesome shopping experience - I just didn't have a twitter account to tell you this!!

I ordered trainers for my daughter's birthday on the Wednesday evening. I received both email and text confirmation of my order. I received both email and text confirmation that the order had been despatched and who the courier was and that delivery would be on the Friday. Friday morning came and again I received an email and text giving me an hours delivery slot and even the name of the delivery driver!! My order arrived at 9am! I am so pleased and impressed with Urban Industry and would not hesitate to use them again.
