I visited the Urban Industry website by accident as it was one of the options presented to me when I completed a Google search for a newly released shoe I was desperately trying to purchase but not available locally in Australia. I had my doubts about this new (to me) website so I was happy to see the positive reviews on Trustpilot. I have to say my experience so far has been amazing. Not only did they have the shoe and size but they (or George was) were also available when I enquired whether I could access the 15% discount by signing up to their newsletter AFTER I had completed my purchase. I was surprised that they were accommodating but also applied the discount literally straight away while I was still on the chat with George. I was also impressed that you could monitor the progress of your purchase delivery through their third party delivery partner (DHL). I liked navigating through the Urban Industry site and in particular appreciated that you could hover over a product and know which sizes were available without needing to click into the specific product window. All in all, I would definitely recommend and re-use Urban Industry going forward
