I ordered a size too large, but really liked the trousers so wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. UI sent the smaller ones out the same day, so they didn't run out of stock, whilst I could return the others at my leisure. Simple, but brilliant idea that went towards a very happy customer service experience. Well done Urban Industry, and thank you for an excellent initiative.

Great service as expected . I have become a great fan of Urban Industry for their Competitive price and choice of High Quality Premium brands, fast delivery and authentic products in great packaging. I loved the boot but it had a sewing fault on the right toe box but I will live with it and couldn’t bother to ask for a replacement. I would suggest for next time, please do a check before sending the package. My first pair of Res wings were faultless . That’s why I would give this transaction 5 star due to my overall experience. Thanks again. Keep up the good work.

Urban Industry continue to be one of my favourite places to shop, and I like that they have added a more diverse range of brands since I first started using them; biased opinion but the likes of universal works, kestin, uskees to name but a few i have come to like a lot..
On this occasion I purchased an ace POP TRADING CO t-shirt, lovely fit.. great price, quick delivery.
Only issue is having tried it on, the seam popped on the neckline; I reported the issue to customer service and their response to fix the problem (replace and send the faulty item back under warranty) was quick and impressive.
