my boyfriend was really wanting some light blue nike swim shorts but they were sold out on Urban Outfitters, when I searched everywhere else they had similar ones but he didn’t like them. I then came across Urban Industry and the shop was so close to UO, size, chimp, welcome etc and it had such good reviews so I ordered the swim shorts Saturday. They emailed me to say they didn’t do Saturday or Sunday delivery but would ship Monday, I the got a confirmation on Monday saying the item had shipped, I paid £1.99 for shipping and received then on Tuesday. Really good condition and great price, will definitely use this store again

I was a little nervous at first because I discovered Urban Industry from an ad on Instagram, but they had such a intriguing selection of clothes to choose from I was persuaded to buy something. I ordered a pair of Nike Day Breaks SP, and since the store is in the UK, the shoe sizes were displayed in UK and I accidentally didn’t notice I chose the wrong size until after my order was already made. I emailed customer service and they got back to me once the weekend was over and helped me make the change to my order before it was shipped so I wouldn’t have to experience the hassle of making a return and repurchase. I was very satisfied with my delivery, it was scheduled to arrive on July 6th, but instead it came in on July 1st!! I was very excited and my shoes came in excellent condition, except for one minor scratch on the back, and due to my shopping experience with Urban Industry, I do foresee myself shopping here again and eventually becoming an avid, loyal, costumer!
