Would highly recommend Urban Industry! Extremely fast shipping (From UK to Australia & product at my door within 4 business days). Product was not 100% accurate as described on their website, however when getting in contact with customer service I was offered a partial refund on the purchase price no questions asked! (Impressive).

I fell in love with these shoes and couldn’t find my size anywhere. I couldn’t believe my luck when I found them and they arrived so fast (to the US). They are perfect. I also found the resources on the website so helpful, they had a page where multiple employees tried the shoes on and discussed what size they normally wear in other brands and what size they preferred and how the shoes fit. What amazing company!
