My order got sent to the wrong address by mistake not UI fault but Royal Mail.
Alex dealt will the issue professionally and apologised on RM behalf customers service goes a long way in this day and age and UI and Alex were informative and helpful threw out.

As a general piece of feedback for Urban Industry, I can say that I only have positives in my experiences. The shipping time seems standard (if not a bit quick) to my address in San Francisco. When I'm not too excited to open up the product as well, I usually find a nice coupon for my next purchase. In the other cases, however, I just rip open the bag that it's shipped in and throw it all away while trying on the product. Haha. I check most emails that I receive from Urban Industry, since they curation process seems to be solid; nice variety of pieces from different companies are in stock.

Customer service is very good. I communicate with a staff called Alex and he is very patent and helpful. Although there are lots of hassles on the delivery but he is very patient and replied each my email. Do recommend for other service provider, Royal Mail is pretty standard.
