I bought a Patagonia fleece for my husband which l am very pleased with. It took several days to get here which was expected. The day it arrived the price had been reduced so l rang up and was offered a voucher for the full difference and most of it as a refund. I was a bit disappointed not to get the full amount refunded to me and had to push to get anything back at all, with other companies l deal with it would have been a given.
