The service I received from Urban was outstanding. The initial order was easy to place and the goods came very quickly. I had to return for an exchange as I got the sizing slightly wrong, despite being recommended to buy the size smaller than usual - my error. The exchange process was very straight forward and the replacement received in less than a week. Given the pressure at the moment on deliveries I consider that to be very impressive!
