I am in Ireland and given Brexit I wasn't sure how long the delivery would take. Surprisingly and thank you Urban Industry the shoes were shipped within one day and I got them 4 days later, FYI 2 of these days were the weekend.

At Christmas I ordered my brother a Patagonia T-Shirt, alas it was was the wrong size...The returns process was easy and I organised an exchange no hassle...
Royal mail failed to deliver that exchange but thankfully Mia was able to get me sorted out and organise a new delivery out to me. I've never had any problems with Urban Industry before and am a semi-regular customer of theirs, the moment I did have an issue it was dealt with swiftly and very well in my opinion. Thank you for your great customer service.
