I’ve been a customer for well over a decade - always exceptional service and quality products, promptly delivered. I had an issue with the delivery company (Customs & VAT to EU) with this order which was speedily acted on and resolved by the Customer Services team.

As the band left the stage, from amidst a crowd chanting 'More!', a lone voice could be heard. A voice that kept repeating the same phrase, over and. over again: 'Who will buy my luvverly roses -AH!?'. Bit by bit this voice so pure, so fragile, so exquisitely delicate was heard by the hordes anticipating a return to the stage by their beloved band. The crowd slowly yet inexorably went quiet, all the better to appreciate that tender tone. A circle opened up around the source of that voice. I approached and beheld ... Oh yes, fantastic shirt. Well done UI! I shall buy from you again.

Returns process was confusing as I needed to size up (these come up half size too small) So I bought a new pair expecting free returns, which actually cost £2.70.... also I received the next day a birthday 10% code!! Which I couldn’t use as o had already ordered...
