Absolutely love the bracelet. With the exponential increase in packaging that we're all now receiving courtesy of Lockdown, it's a shame more companies haven't taken a leaf out of Urban Industries notebook and made theirs eco-friendly. Did think the 'chips' were some form of expanded polystyrene, but apparently they're made from starch. Clever.

Super easy online purchase. Item was a bit on the large side and had a defect so popped back to the store to swap. Unfortunately the item was out of stock to swap so was given a raft of options including order online and pick up same/next day as I’m local. All in all excellent customer service, thank you 🙌🏽👍🏽👌🏽
