One of the best streetwear online shops. The only thing I'd change (if it is possible) is to have an interactive fitting guide. You know where you enter your height, weight, age and measurements. This is not easy to do because every brand varies and there are slim, regular, loose, tailored fits etc. Boo.com tried to solve this problem back in 2000. And today Uniqlo is doing a good job (albeit they only sell their own brand). The industry as a whole needs to solve this problem. No other industry gets anyway near as many returns.

Very helpful with good customer aftercare in helping me to return an item . I was having difficulty in creating a return label from the Royal Mail link . I sent an email to customer services at Urban that was swiftly replied to . Bottom line they created a returns label for me to post my parcel have for Free . I believe the system is still complicated for returns but the suppler went above and beyond to help me . Many thanks Urban .
