Through no fault of UI I had an issue with the Danner boots I bought, most likely due to the sizing differences between USA & UK.

I paid for 1 day delivery. Package arrived in correct time. Needed to exchange, but the exchange went snail-mail and took over a week. There was no express exchange option for exchanges. For something like shoes, which are slightly different sizes company-to-company, I'd imagine everybody does exchanges. Should offer an express exchange service.
