Initially frustrated that there were non to be purchased in Birmingham, because from previous experience I felt that the opportunity to try them on was essential.
I bought my fist pair almost 25 years ago in London.
I initially rang your shop and spoke to a very helpful assistant about the size issue with Red Wings and we agreed on the size that was probably the most appropriate.
I have to say that your delivery service is the best.
Whilst I was so pleased that they had arrived, I still felt anxious that they might be the wrong size..
They fit perfectly and I am so looking forward to wearing them tomorrow night to our World AIDS Day Vigil.
