Poor service - Ordered on Next day Delivery (Monday night) expecting shoes to come in time for Sunday, they were expected on Wednesday didn’t turn up got to Sunday night and still hadn’t arrived. I sent an email which they said they’d look into it’s been a week prior and still haven’t heard nothing? Shocking service. I probably won’t get my next day delivery fee back and most certainly won’t get the full amount of money back
Updated - the courier was at fault and lost the parcel in transit, so nothing urban industry could do, refund process was done very swiftly which was good!
