Great welcoming attitude, friendly, happy and very calming. Lovely selection of foods including ciabattas, cakes and plenty of freshly made options as well as dietary requirements. In or putdoor seating with great access for all. Right on foorstep of the shops. Added pokemon design was great as seen I was playing game and engaged in conversation, exceeded expectations thank you

Wonderful independent coffee house and café with contemporary breakfasts, patisserie and large selection of coffees, teas, smoothies, drinks and snacks. We always get the pastrami flatbread, latte, coconut milk cappuccino and a specials brownie dependant on what they have. The Anzac cookie and cupcakes are great. Smashed avocado with falafel on sourdough also great.<br>Really lovely staff and fully accessible toilet available too.

Quite a cool venue but came specifically to try aeropress which nobody knew how to make.<br><br>Had a cheese and kimchee toastie with next to no filling.<br><br>Pretty disappointing for what could be a really good venue.<br><br>I can only think that Saturday staff receive little/training or guidence.

Visited twice this week. The turmeric latte was surprisingly very nice and the chai latte was excellent too. At least not overdosed on sugar like you get in most chains. Service is friendly and nice. Highly recommend this place over places like Starbucks, Costa coffee etc

This is my favourite spot to go on my own or with a friend for a quiet lunch. Today however, I took my toddler and baby. Very little on the menu for such small people but they demolished a cheese scone which after sneaking a small piece off my toddlers plate I can confirm it was delicious 😋 high chairs and plenty of space for pushchairs (I had a double). Large coffee, goats cheese ciabatta, and cheese scone came in at £14.40. Very reasonable considering the delightful staff, atmosphere and cracking food.

Stopped for a coffee on Saturday, it was nearly lunch so we had something to eat as well. The food and drinks were good and there were plenty of staff on hand, everything was brought to our table. No rush to leave and we enjoyed our stop at Urban Ground.

Asked for a large hot chocolate,extra hot. It was not that large and not very hot. For £3.80 I though expensive. I offered to pay in cash, they are card only. Unfortunately another establishment that only no longer accepts legal tender cash!
