I had a separate issue that damaged the film a few days after the job had been completed that damaged the newly installed film, Tintwise replaced the damaged film, no questions, no problems and at no extra cost.
I would highly recommend Tintwise for an excellent job and they far surpassed any customer service expectations.

So pleased with the results of our recent bumper wrapping by Tintwise. The quality of the materials and workmanship is excellent. The service from Tintwise is superb: super friendly and at a really competitive price. The showroom is also spotless. It is always a pleasure to deal with Amanda and Michael and the rest of the team. This product is a great alternative to net curtains (which I dislike) you can look out of the windows without anybody being able to look in. We had a very efficient fitting service 7 windows done in 2 hours. Well done Tintwise.

I've had all my previous cars tinted so when I changed my car recently, I looked for a local place to tint it. Checked out a few places and found TINTWISE near me and price was reasonable and thought, "well, fingers crossed, I hope they're good". I've used same tinting company in London for years before moving to Eastbourne last year.
Emailed them numerous times with the usual questions about price, how to book my car in, how long will the job take, etc. Amanda replied immediately and guided me from start to finish. Took my car in and Amanda was there waiting for us - she switched the heating on before we arrived so it's nice and warm plus tea! Whilst waiting I asked if I could add a sunscreen tint. It was nearly 5pm but they agreed to do it same day. The job was well done and I'm very happy with the worksmanship. Thank you all at Tintwise,
