We had an issue with our Paxton door system contacted Tectonic they came out within the hour investigated the issue and resolved it,not the first time we have used Tectonic I cannot recommend them enough.<br>The staff are very professional always cleaning up behind themselves and happy to help.<br>Time keeping is excellent its so nice to have good honest tradesman will continue to use them Thank you for a job well-done

I asked for a quote and spoke with a very nice man on the phone who was very down to earth non salesy and polite. Have used this company for some years now and their knowledge, experience and work standard and ethics you will find hard to beat. Today I called them with a problem, they came out on the same day, fixed the problem with my CCTV camera and even fitted another for me, nothing was too much trouble for them and in this day and age this level of customer service and standard of work is becoming very rare! Alway reliable and professional! Anything related to electrical or tv I know I can always rely on Tectonic! This business has now carried out the wiring of my extension including rewiring old system, a satellite installation with four feeds to lounge kitchen and two bedrooms. The setup of tv and surround system concealing all leads and cables an external power supply to garden and drive plus install an alarm system to my shop in Hampden Park! Well done and thank you Tectonic.

Once again Nigel, James & Rhian have succeeded in making our home magical for Christmas. They always manage to make everything possible no matter how tricky it may be. Apart from our Christmas lights they completed the PAT test for our holiday let, replaced an under cupboard light in the kitchen & put a new bulb in the oven. No job is ever a problem no matter how big or small. They are always prompt & professional which is why we would never use anyone else.

We had an issue with loss of power to our heating on Sunday, Nigel ran through some troubleshooting with us but we’re weren’t able to get it working ourselves. Nigel came round Monday afternoon and located the fault to the thermostat being faulty. Replacement ordered and he was back Tuesday to replace it with a new Nest learning thermostat and all back up and running. Excellent service and turnaround, cleaned up after himself it and got our heating back on. Thank you

This is the second time that I have used TDS to help me with setting up my TV, Sky and DVD player. Most recently my old TV broke down and I needed help with setting my new TV on the wall and then attaching the Sky and DVD player. I would gladly give a 10 out of 10 for their friendliness and expertise. Also, when I phoned them for help I didn't have to wait for very long before they were able to visit. Thank you.

Very pleased and satisfied with the excellent response and service provided by this company this week. After our enquiry call on Thursday pm an appointment was speedily made for the engineer to visit on Friday pm. Problem located, replacement parts fitted and checked all to a high standard .
